Each member receives one complimentary piece upon joining. 
Subsequent selections are available starting from just $19.90 — you only pay shipping.
Selections are made from your tier's eligible pool and are subject to availability.

Membership Upgrade Policy

Existing members may apply to upgrade their tier at any time during their membership period. Two upgrade options are available:

  • Partial Upgrade — Pay the price difference only.
    Your membership period continues from its original expiry date.
  • Full Upgrade — Pay the full price of the new tier.
    Your membership period resets to a new 12-month term from the date of upgrade.

Upgraded benefits take effect immediately upon confirmation.
Membership fees are non-refundable.

Terms & Conditions

  • Memberships are non-refundable once activated.
  • Auto-renewal applies unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Selection benefits are non-transferable and expire if unused within the eligible period.
  • LumiRA reserves the right to update pool compositions with reasonable notice.
